Hair & Son are continuing to take precautions to protect our customers and our staff and continue to provide the best service we can. Some measures we are taking to reduce the spread of this virus are detailed below:

• Where possible some of our colleagues will be working from home. Of course, not everyone can work remotely, and we will continue to have staff in our offices between 9AM to 5PM. This will be reviewed as events unfold.

• Individual telephone extensions may be diverted to personal mobiles (please note, where our team are using their personal mobiles you might not recognise the number when they call you)
• Computers will, where needed, be configured for remote working
• Our staff will be cancelling all non-urgent meetings and appointments whilst the spread of the virus moves through its peak stage.
• We are encouraging customers and clients to  use other forms of communications.

PAYMENTS

Payments by cheque can be left using our letter box.

Payments can also be made by telephone – please ring our cashier on 01702 226162 between the hours of 9.00AM and 4.45PM during Monday to Friday. We are no longer open on Saturdays.

Payments can also be made direct to our bank using the details already provided. If unsure, please contact our cashier as above.

OTHER MATTERS (INCLUDING EMERGENCY REPAIRS)

Please ring our recpetion on 01702 39 49 59 between the hours of 9:00AM and 4.45PM Monday to Friday and our staff will be pleased to help you. We are no longer open on Saturdays.

With the situation changing rapidly in the UK and worldwide, we are doing everything we can to do business as normal. The whole team at Hair & Son wish you well and hope you too are doing everything you can to stay healthy.
