Hair & Son’s Commercial Department has been serving commercial landlords and tenants in the borough for in excess of 40 years and boasts a wealth of specialist knowledge in the Essex and East London market.  The department provides agency support to Hair & Son’s numerous management clients together with many other local and provincial landlords and tenants. The department originally specialised in South East Essex but it has grown over recent years and our geographical footprint covers the whole of county and East Essex.

Our Team

Diane Tait, Associate Partner in her 32nd year within the firm’s Commercial Department. During her long working life with Hair & Son she has accumulated a wealth of local knowledge and expertise in all aspects of commercial property which she is pleased to share with others, both clients and fellow work colleagues.

Whilst her role of Associate Partner keeps her very busy during the working week she enjoys spending leisure time with her family. She is a homemaker and enjoys reading, dressmaking and crafts in her spare time. Her real ‘down time’ is spent enjoying visiting far away warmer climates when on holiday with her husband.
