Our lettings head office is located in Southend-on-Sea which has long been a favourite seaside destination in the south of Essex. Boasting blue flag beaches and a whole host of leisure facilities such as amusement arcades, leisure centres, Adventure Island theme park and not forgetting the famous pier over a mile long, there’s something for everyone. For theatre-goers the Cliffs Pavilion and Palace Theatre both offer a fantastic programme of shows and other events throughout the year, many featuring big names from the celebrity world.  The area offers an array of international cuisine from the plentiful restaurants, cafes and bars as well as traditional fish ‘n’ chips and the popular Arches eateries. Shoppers will enjoy the Royals and Victoria Plaza shopping centres situated at either end of the busy Southend High Street.

With good schools for all ages, including the sought-after Southend and Westcliff High Schools for Girls and Boys, along with colleges and the University of Essex, the whole area is fantastic for family living. Olivia has worked at Hair & Son since 2014, she first joined as a Lettings Negotiator and has now progressed to Southend Lettings Manager.

She covers all areas within the Lettings Department including property valuing, legal paperwork and lettings negotiation. Olivia works hard to ensure landlords and tenants receive the highest standard of care and enjoys communicating with her clients.

In her free time she enjoys going to the gym and reading.

Peter has over 20 years of experience in the lettings industry and his comprehensive knowledge of the local markets, plus expertise of lettings practices, make him a valuable asset to the Hair and Son team. Customer service is a priority for Peter who ensures that the letting process in Rayleigh and the surrounding areas flows smoothly from start to finish for both landlords and tenants. Since starting at Hair & Son Peter has hit the ground running and continues to build business relationships with new and existing clients.
