PAYMENT OF RENT AND OTHER CHARGES

Tenants and landlords are able to pay rent, service charges and other charges to the management department in a number of ways.

Please note: these methods should not be used for the payment of any estate agency fees.

A standing order form is available on request by visiting the management office at 200 London Road, Southend, or by emailing management@hairandson.co.uk

Please note: A standing order is an instruction to your bank. You must complete the form and send it to your bank and then instruct your bank when you wish the payments to stop.

Debit Card payments can be completed over the phone or by visiting the office during office hours.

We accept payment by cheque through the post or by visiting our cashier at the management office.

All cheques must include your eight-figure reference number and the address of the property on the reverse. The reference number can be found on any letter from the Hair & Son Property Management Department or by calling 01702 39 49 59
