PAYMENT OF RENT AND OTHER CHARGES

Tenants and landlords are able to pay rent, service charges and other charges to the management department in a number of ways.

Select your preferred payment method from the list below and follow the instructions to ensure a successful payment will be made.

Please note: these methods should not be used for the payment of any estate agency fees.

Our methods of payment

  1. TENANT PORTAL

    Register your details through our portal which gives you direct access to your account and the ability to make payments on-line.

  2. BANK TRANSFER

    To set up an online transfer from your bank account please use the details below.

  3. STANDING ORDER

    Download the standing order form here.
    Please note: A standing order is an instruction to your bank. You must complete the form and send it to your bank and then instruct your bank when you wish the payments to stop.

  4. CARD PAYMENTS

    Payment by card can be made calling 01702 39 49 59 during office hours, Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm.
