Carl gained an excellent local knowledge of the general Southend-on-Sea area and its property market trends, quickly progressing to valuing property. He then moved on to become the Residential Sales Manager of a small team at a local independent firm before deciding to join Hair & Son in September 2017 as the Senior Sales Negotiator & Valuer for the Southend office which he is now the Sales Manager of. Carl also has an A Level & National Diploma in Photography which comes in handy to produce quality sales particulars.

Peter has over 20 years of experience in the lettings industry and his comprehensive knowledge of the local markets, plus expertise of lettings practices, make him a valuable asset to the Hair and Son team. Customer service is a priority for Peter who ensures that the letting process in Rayleigh and the surrounding areas flows smoothly from start to finish for both landlords and tenants.
